This alarm is triggered when the number of calls into the IVR exceed the licensed number of concurrent calls

IMPACT

This means that calls are not getting answered by the IVR and customers will only hear ringing

TROUBLESHOOTING STEPS

  1. Check to see if there is answer activity on the workflow.

  2. Check out FreeSwitch.log file to see if there is any issues while trying to answer the call
